The location of the house Draumaland is genuinely delightful. The house stands in an open space on the riverbank of the river Hólsá and offers a breathtaking panoramic view. This lovely holiday home has three bedrooms, a kitchen with a microwave oven, a living room with smart TV and free WIFI. In the house there is a bathroom with WC and shower.
Not far from the small village of Hella, where you'll find essential services. The location of the house is ideal for excursions to many of Iceland's most famous sights: Waterfalls Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss, Dyrhólaey and Reynisfjara and even to the Glacier lagoon.
After a long or short day adventure, the hot pot on the veranda awaits you for an unwinding bath in unique surroundings as well as the lovely outdoor shower. Parking in front of the house.

In Hella, a small town along road nr. 1. Hella is a frequently travelled through town by everyone going south. Here you find all basic services such as a bigger supermarket, gas station, restaurants, golf course, swimming pool and a health center.
The small village of Hvolsvöllur is only 10 minutes south of Hella and has a gas station, coffee house and a supermarket, as well as a swimming pool. You can also find the Lava Center and the Saga Center with its unique Njáls Saga exhibition in Hvolsvöllur.
From the house you have only short distances to many of Iceland's pearls of nature - such as the volcano Hekla, mountain Búrfell, Waterfall Þjófafoss, Waterfall Tröllkonuhlaup, the Highlands of Landmannalaugar and Hrauneyjar. Hekla's wealth of pumice is one of a kind. At Hellar, some caves were made by men around year 800. The Hekla Center (Heklusetur) at Leirubakki tells about the saga of Hekla and her eruptions throughout the centuries.
