The house Mjölnir bears the Icelandic name of Thor's hammer. When you stay in this holiday home, you will live surrounded by green nature in a small and cozy summer house near the village of Hvolsvöllur.
Mjölnir has three bedrooms for up to six people. The furniture and decorations are a mix of new and old, with a large leather couch and flat screen TV. In the open kitchen you will find everything you need to cook during your stay. Afterwards you can use the dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower / toilet.
The outdoor area is well maintained and has a 60 sqm terrace and a hot tub. Ideal for relaxing after a long drive through the south of Iceland. You are welcome to use the garden furniture and the gas grill. You can also light the outdoor fireplace. Parking near the house.

It is also home to the LAVA Centre and the Saga Centre, which has an exhibition about Njáls saga. Hella, about a 10-minute drive to the north, has a wider range of services.
