How do I pick up my Viatis Kit at the Pick-up Point?

How you collect your Viatis Kit depends on which Pick-up Point you selected during booking.

Keflavik

Collecting your Viatis Kit at our Keflavik Pick-up Point is self-service and available 24 hours a day, all year round. About 2 days before your arrival you will receive a door code for the building and a QR or PIN code for your linen locker, by email and SMS. At the door, press the monitor on the handle to wake it, enter your door code and go in. Inside, use your QR or PIN code to open your locker; you may have more than one locker if you booked several kits. Tip: bright sunlight can make the screen hard to read, so shade it with your hand if needed. When you return the used linen, use the same door code and place the bags in the metal carts provided. You do not need to speak to anyone, the process is fully self-service.

Egilsstadir and Akureyri

At these Pick-up Points your bed linen is handed to you by our staff during the Pick-up Point's opening hours (you can find these under "Where are the Viatis Pick-up Points located, and what are their opening hours?"). If you will arrive outside opening hours, please contact us. We will make sure you still get your bed linen and send you instructions on how to collect it.
