The house can accommodate up to six people. One of the three bedrooms is in the attic, which is reached via a steep staircase and has a double bed. There is also a beautiful alpine-style balcony with a view of the mountains. The spacious living room has a fireplace, which creates a cozy atmosphere on cold evenings. The modern kitchen has everything you need for cooking. There is a toilet and a sink in the house and in a separate room, accessible from the terrace, there is a shower.
On the large terrace there are garden furniture and a Weber grill for grilling. Behind the house there is a half-covered hot tub, which offers additional protection in heavy rain or wind. Nothing is more relaxing than sitting in the warm water after a day of adventure.
Parking space is in front of the house.

With around 20,000 residents, it’s the largest town in North Iceland, often called the "Capital of the North", and the region’s centre for commerce and services, with a harbour and a domestic airport. There are supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations, swimming pools, and museums.
