How do I get the keys to my holiday house?

Every holiday house has a keybox, and inside it is the key to your house. You open the keybox with a PIN code, which we send you automatically by email and SMS about 7 days before your arrival.

You do not receive the code when you book or when you complete your online check-in; it is sent closer to your arrival date. So when you reach your house, simply enter your PIN code, open the keybox, take out the key and let yourself in. If you have not received your code a few days before you travel, please contact us.
