I will bring my own linen, do I still have to go to the Pick-up Point?
If you bring your own bed linen, towels, and other essentials, you do not need to visit the Viatis Pick-up Point, you can head straight to your holiday house. Please remember that using bed linen is mandatory in all our houses; staying without bed linen is not permitted.
Simply complete the online check-in, and you’ll receive all necessary information, including the house’s pin code, directly by email and SMS.
