All guests must complete the online check-in before travelling to Iceland. During this process, you will provide the necessary details, including your credit card information.
After completing the online check-in, you will receive your travel documents by email. See How do I get the keys to my holiday house for the details.
If you have booked a Viatis Kit, you can collect it from your chosen Viatis Pick-up Point upon arrival in Iceland. If you are bringing your own bed linen, you can go directly to your booked house.
