Ground floor has 2 living rooms one of them has a good sofa bed and the room can be closed off for privacy the other living room has an old fashion sofa and chairs as well as smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen is in the house with a dining table and a view over the fjord. Steep stairs are up to the second floor and guest bathroom under the stairs.
On the second floor there is two rooms one of them has a double bed and one single bed that can be diverted to a double bed. Mattrasses are located at the loft. Bathroom with a shower is on the upper level as well.
WIFI is in the house as well as washing machine. Terrace are is shared with the small apartment.

This house is located in a small town that is know as a hikers paradise and puffin colony (from mid April to start of August) the puffins can be easily reachable and ideal to see them close range.
There is only one way to and from the town and this road passes the famous Héraðsflóa that is know for rich bird life, seals relaxing on the sand and marvelous views.
Egilsstaðir is about 45-50 min drive.
