This holiday house has one bedroom on the ground floor and a sleeping loft with 2 beds, but please not that the ceiling is low. The kitchen has all the equipment that you need for good cooking. The living room is beautifully decorated and has a smart TV and free WIFI. The bathroom has a WC/shower, plus in the house there is a washing machine and a dryer.

By the house, there is a 100sqm terrace with a lovely hot tub, garden furniture and a gas grill. Parking place in front of the house.

Svínadalur is located just north of Hvalfjörður fjord. Depends on from what directions you are coming from you can take one of the 2 options: 504+502 if you are coming from north of Iceland. If the scenic road #47 from Reykjavík (Hvalfjorður) is taken then you can take rout 520 towards Skorradalur and turn to left on the intersection to rode #502.

»A nice house with a magnificent view over the nearby lake and the fjell opposite of the summerhouse area. The house was easily accessible and was easy to find. Also the information provided by the owners were helpful. The installments were good and functioned well. We did not miss anything. The location from the sights in Westiceland was not abovce average. If you want to go to Snaefellness you have to go for an 2 hours ride by car. If you are heading to Rejkiavik, you will be ther fast, which makes it more suitable for day trips to the Icelandic capital.«
