The door won't lock, what should I do?
Some of our houses have a multi-point lock, also called a three-point lock, which is common in Iceland. With these locks, you must first lift the door handle upward before you can fully lock the door. If your door does not seem to lock at first, check whether it has this type of lock and lift the handle before locking it.
