Why are there no houses available for my dates?

If you see little or no availability for dates far in the future, it usually is not an error.

Our holiday houses become bookable once their owners submit their contracts and prices for the coming season, which typically happens between late August and October. If your dates are further ahead than that, the houses may simply not be open for booking yet. It is worth checking back later, or contact us and we will let you know when the houses for your dates are expected to open.
