This old romantic house was built in 1906 and has been renovated and well maintained by the owners. It is just a short drive from the towns of Akranes and Borgarnes, with their restaurants, gas stations and swimming pools.
The beautiful two-bedroom house can accommodate a maximum of three people. It has a small open kitchen with excellent equipment, dishwasher and microwave. The adjoining living room has a radio/TV. The bathroom is equipped with toilet/shower.
The small terrace offers a great view over the fjord. Relax and enjoy the view or go for a hike in the area. The house is particularly suitable for hiking enthusiasts, as it is not far from Glymur, the highest waterfall in Iceland. The surrounding area also offers many long and short hiking trails. Parking is next to the house.

»It was a nice, cosy house. Only its was quite warm in the house, also at night. Further there are nice surroundings You are not to far from several outdoor things and shops.«
